I took some coins down to Harlan Berk to get authenticated and couldn't walk out without buying a few things. That is the danger for me in going there - I never walk out empty handed! This time, I brought a decent 1876 S Trade Dollar that I ended up selling. I bought two pieces of Roman glass (1st-3rd century A.D., my first pieces), a Hellenistic bronze arrowhead (4th-3rd century B.C.), and several Roman coins that were too nicely struck to pass up.
