I think David Lawrence Rare Coins has a great reputation. Prices can be higher, but they take offers. I have bought a few very nice CAC coins from them, direct and on eBay. I recommend them, but check all 3 places, as sometimes there are eBay sales that make the price even lower than their directing pricing on the DLRC site.
