Here's a 1900 Costa Rica 10 Colones I just recieved. It's graded MS-63 by NGC. These coins are hard to find in high grades. FWIW NGC has total POP for all three years of 1897= 1/7 - 0 Higher, 1899= 1/6 - 0 higher, 1900= 3/15 - 1 higher (MS-64). PCGS 1897= 0, 1899= 0/1 - 0 higher, 1900=0/4 - 0 higher. You have got to love the reverse design of this coin !!! Wonderful coin. I always find it interesting to look at Pop reports for non-US coins. I noticed that, at least with the US-Philippines, there were tons more key dates slabbed than common.
