Happy New Year everyone. well the year 2016 prompted me to do a 2016 world coins search. prepare for tons of new stars wars silver and gold commems. of course the new bullion for pandas, kookaburras, kangaroos and year of the monkey bullion coins. the only 2 countries I saw that had coins ready were bimetallic coins from Japan and Brasil.

The Austrian Mint issued its first 2016 coin exactly one month ago. You can also buy some coins dated 2016 made by the Royal Mint (UK). The WMF catalog (PDF, about 28 MB) shows some more planned issues ... Christian
I am eagerly awaiting the Mark Twain UNC gold silver and half dollar versions to come out very soon. I am not missing some great coins this time. I also am pondering buying the unc National Parks 5.00 gold also. I doubt I'll pick it up. It's not a bad design.

I am not a modern coin collector but I will be on line in hope of nabbing a Twain silver. It is a fascinating design and, besides, I am a Twain fan. Have been since Hal Holbrook did "Mark Twain Tonite."

they just have grades asigned to the coins to help you get a value for them if you yourself do not know what the grade is.
