CH CU (63) for the Series 2006 FRN $5.00 Star Note has a catalog value of $35.00. For your note, if it grades Choice New/Uncirculated 63, then the catalog value is $15.00.

Jello, just like showing a coin, we need to see both sides of the piece and picture quality is a must! For notes, try scanning them on a flat bed scanner and place a piece of dark paper behind the note to help define all it's margins. If you only post a portion of one side of a note, no one can help you with value because we can't grade the note. If you posted half a picture of a coin on only one side and asked for grade and/or value, what would you get? If you are not sure of the grade, we can't help you either without seeing the whole piece.
