It is hard to tell what it is, except It doesn't look like valuable doubling. There is to much glare on the sides of the devices causing reflection.
I'm sorry, but this is getting very, very old.... This 69-S is anything but "new", folks. In fact, we've seen this same damned coin a number of times now. For starters.... https://www.cointalk.com/threads/is-this-md.312023/ https://www.cointalk.com/threads/doubling-question.312042/#post-3010031 The OP has 12 total threads in the past 11 days, with most of them centered upon the 69-S, usually showing the same photos/coins again and again and again. No matter how much help he's been offered, it's generally been met with nonsense and/or attitude, and even a mod has respectfully asked him not to act like a troll, yet here we are again being asked to play the same games. This is beyond ridiculous and is long past the point of being nothing but spam.
It's a shame the employees at the San Francisco mint scratched off all the doubled details before it got to you.
No. If this was the famous 1969-s ddo, you wouldn't have to ask about it. Learn what doubled die coins look like yourself (it takes a certain level of practice but its not at all difficult) and please don't post every single coin you find asking "what do you think of this one?".
