Well it is a little rich for me, however it is gorgeous just outstanding it is all of ms-65/66 congrats. Bruce.
Thats a very nice 21 Peace Dollar. I think you made out very well IMO. I gave $135 for mine in XF40. Its a bad pic but here it is.
$135.00 is a good deal on a ex fine-40 can't get one now for that price and you have one I don't good for you. Bruce.
:hail: well **** guys.. i was expecting a naaa it a au.. no i actually figured a 64 .. total.. but i still have to have the coin in hand... and see then.. pictures can be touched up... he seemed honest.. so. keepin my fingers crossed.. i need some good luck latley.. thanks guys!!!! :thumb: mark
You're right....pictures are hard to grade by and can be touched up. But, just based on the pics you have given, I could see that coin in a 65 holder. I would also be careful to make sure the surfaces are original and not dipped.
Nice... really clean cheeks and fields. Yeah... look very carefully under a loupe to ensure there's no brush / whiz action goin' on.
the seller siad that there was no problems ... that he knows??? lol and i can sell u the golden gate bridge?? naaa,, he seems honest we emailed 5 or 6 times.. and hes been doing it for 20 some years... so.. like i said i tell when its in hand , But I do like what you guys are saying... i need some good luck about now.. i should have it in hand probly next wen. then i will post the actual... hopfully it will be the same except silver and frosty... gruuuummmm thanks again mark
ps... you guys are great... lol 65 is way more than i figured... I was going for 64 but i can see a 65 compared to any of the pcgs coins on hertage or stacks... Id be more than happy with a 64 ... i paid gray sheet for a 63... well a few bucks more 460.00 and s&h its stil just great i have wanted that dang 21 peace for a while , anyone know about was a full set of peace dollars in ms 64 is selling for now? you guys are great mark
\ ya .. GD i know about the nose.. and there is 2 hits "small " i was told on the chin... i looked at the "t" also myself i couldn't tell if that was just picture or some kinda ??? i dont know.. GD ... so whats your grade??? your the tough one to get past.. like i said i think 64... dont get me wrong --65-- would be just fine also.. but i cant tell yet.. i think the rev is a nice gem.. but obv.. let me know mark
i belive the gold if from taking the picture under an incondesant light.. i hve had coins do that on me.. in my picts...
Very nice coin. I think you did pretty good. Philly, that is a possibility, but it can also be from lighting, touchup as was said, etc. Will have to wait until he gets the coin, and gets some pics, only time will tell. Good luck. Phoenix
thanks phoenix... it would be great to open a spakling gem... but still waiting on GD and a come back to his comment.. it got me curious now...?? mark
Mark - It's the area around the T that has me worried. I'm thinking I see something there that is partially hidden in the shadow of the pic. If it's what I think it is, then the coin would be body bagged. If it isn't ..... - well we'll have to see. The hit on the nose is a prime focal area, so that would limit the coin to a 64. I can't really see anything else besides what I mentioned about the T. But based on that pic I'd bet a lot that pic was taken with the intention of making the coin look better than it really is. I hope they have a return policy pal.
hey, good for you dude. Well, i think i might have the silver dime 1964. what should hey people. i am glad to be part of this. i think i might be in posession of the silver dime 1964. what should i do? i need a rply fast. it is burning a hole in my pocket.
I have a feeling when you get it in hand you are going to either have an au-58 coin in hand, or a altered coin. Something just doesn't look right to me.
