Never Found These Two

Anyone here ever find a 1960 small date Lincoln or a
1950-D Jefferson nickel? Out of all the CRH I did back
1976-83 I never did.

I found 3 - 1950D nickels, but two were AU/BU so those were liberated from a collection. I finally came across a circulated nickel after a few years of CRH events. I don’t think I came across either a 1960 SD or a 1970S SD from the wild.

I suspect Jefferson’s and Roosevelt series may be the only ones you can complete from circulation.

 

When I was CRH about 10 years ago I found two 1950-D nickels in the same year. Have not seen one since. Never looked for small/large 1960 cent.

 

I haven't found a 50-D.
Not interested in the Lincoln Memorial cents.

 

The 1950 D was even hard to find in 1950.

 

Nope but I have found a few 1938 D's and some S's.
