My dad gave me this as a gift I then rolled a dime and decided if its head means the coin is fake and if tails comes means its real and unfortunately I hit the head so I think it is a fake. I have used this method to authenticate my coins and it worked well so far. Let me know your opinion.

I use something similar to decide which bills to pay....I throw the bills up in the air, turn on my Hoover vac, and randomly suck up half the bills from the floor. Whatever remain is what I pay that month....

And if you believe that story, I have some prime Florida real estate to sell you.

The coin looks ok, but that authentication method OP described smells fishier than two weeks old fermented fish sauce. Or as the Romans called it, garum.

My dime came up tails, so it looks OK to me!...:banghead: (Caution: I normally use a quarter to do this, so I'm not sure how accurate the dime is.)

This has got to be the stupidest trolling attempt yet. Your dad didn't give you this coin, it sold last week in a CNG auction and probably hasn't even shipped yet(my lots from the auction haven't). I suspect based on the writing style this is yet another post by a certain member who was previously banned but keeps coming back to annoy the forum.
