Need the experts, Issue number 10 Pual Laurence coin

    I posted this coin before and we got as far as its worth its value in silver, Well now that I got the coin in and i take a further look into it, it says issue number 10, Now does that mean the 10th coin minted? If so, idk how many of these where made, but i think thats a pretty low number.

    But then it again it might mean 10th year minting, idk

    What do you think?
