    Your coin is from the Papal States or either Vatican City most likely. Posting some pictures of the reverse would help to narrow it down.

    Not much left to add, but the XXII you can see around 4:00 means it is from
    year 22 of his papacy, which fell over 1867-68 according to the Numista link.
