Need some help identifying this one and a possible value of it’s not fake. I bought this over in Spain. The closest I’ve come to is possibly a 1252-1284 kingdom of Castile and Leon and it is silver? .927? It weighs 1.3 grams or .05 ounce it barely is attracted by a neodymium magnet you can see the comparison as the desk is metal Edit- can’t upload the video. The magnet will pick it up if you touch the coin, lift and then it falls off. That’s the level of attraction . I also read it could be due to a mix of impure alloys . Thanks friends for any help you can give me! 437B003F-800B-4E27-807C-BBF6D4679BCB.jpeg

Looks like this one found in the mid 1900's. It was minted during the time of Alphonso VIII. Yours has a cast look to it, and a circular impression top left. Click reply and the image will show, don't know why it doesn't show straightaway.

ALFONSVS REX CASTELLE ET LEGIONIS : Alfonso king of Castilla and Leon. The coat of arms on reverse represents castles (Castilla) and lions (Leon). But I think this coin is a modern cast medal...

Fake? Looks like a ® at the top of the second photo. And I agree as well it looks cast.

I’m going to say for sure it’s a cast. I didn’t catch that R, don’t know why @The Meat man ‍. @expat , thanks for those pics. You can tell just from them that mine is a fake. Thanks for all the help guys!!!

I suppose with that "R" right there, "replica" rather than "fake" might be more the mot juste. Hopefully, it wasn't sold as genuinely ancient.

No. I wouldn’t gamble on that not knowing much about ancients. It was in a bunch I bought. Some 1800s Spanish coins I wanted that I knew were real.
