    Welcome to the forum mcdidler.

You have a bronze penny from Great Britain, KM#810. With a mintage of 47,311,000 it's not exactly rare.

The lowest grade for which the Standard Catalog of World Coins provides a value is Fine (50¢) with is at least one grade, and maybe two, higher than yours, which would probably be found in a dealer's two-for-a-nickle bowl.

Satootoko, Are there any key dates for those that I can watch out for?

You will not find the 1933 1d. from Great Britain,as only 7 or 8 of these coins are known.

    Aidan.

Afraid I can't help you much on that, as I don't collect British coins, and haven't studied them. My prior posting was just regurgitating information in Krause.
