The first note is a dual note in a way... it started as a Yugoslavian note issued as P-27 dated 1-12-1929. The note was re-issued dated 1-5-1941 during WWII in serbia with the purple overstamp P-23. P-23 is Very Good $1.00, Very Fine $2.00 and Unc $5.00 the second note, issued in 1941 in serbia only while part of Yugoslavia, is dated 1-12-1931, P-28 (i can only assume without the reverse image) and is worth about $1 in Very Good, and $3 in very fine. hope this helps
