Texguy, the U.S.S.R. item is a bond of some sort, not a banknote. As to the Czarist Russian note,it is an extremely common one.

What are the rare Czarist Russian notes?

as for the U.S.S.R. bond how would I know what kind of bond it is?

I can scan a lager version of the bond to help identify it.

Texguy, the bottom note is a Czarist Russian note,as it has the double eagle with a crown above it.It is a 5 Roubles.
