The reverse of this Roman coin does not seem common to me. I can't even be sure of the Emperor's name on the obverse.I appreciate your assistance.
It's Hadrian and the reverse is upside down. It's a Lyre. Let me see if I can find it in the references.

The weight and size seem to light and small to be a Semis and too heavy and large to be a quadran. If I had to make a guess, I would say Quadran
