I found this in a box of coins i obtained, held by a family member of the original collector for nearly 30 years, and not stored safely. I am attempting to sort and re-package the lot. This white flip was worn and damaged, and mostly unreadable. I could make out "documented variety" and " no date " and a value. Collecting mostly world coins , i do not have any references for US coins that include something like this , so i am hoping we have a resident expert who might have the knowledge.
