Need help with 1990 Pennies and 1968 Dime, Possible Missed Mint Mark?

I recently went through my change jar looking for anything that might be rare. I came across several pennies and 1 Dime that are all missing a mark on them. I have tried looking for info on them but do not know how to compare them. I have added pictures in hopes that someone can help me try and verify if they are valuable or not.

They might be from the Philadelphia mint...

Philly has no mintmark, Denver has a 'D' and San Francisco has an 'S'

 

Philadelphia has no mint mark, while Denver and San Franscico does.

 

Yeah but there were still an amount that were released. I found one link on here that has a bit of info on it. Though it has a different date pictured so i
can not compare mine with that one. As for the pennies same, deal found articles on it but no pictures.

So your thinking they might be proofs?? Doesn't look like it from your pictures

 

Dont know if they are, was asking on here for opinions on comparisons. Or trying to find a better comparison since I managed to find little info on them.
