Need help to identify this

I'm almost certain its Thai, but when I tried to enlarge it enough to see the legends clearly, they pixilated without becoming readable.

Just because I couldn't locate a denomination or date doesn't necessarily mean that it's something other than currency, but we really need to have an expert in Thai currency look at it. I am not aware of any CTer with that qualification, but I sure don't know all 20K+ members.

 

Looks like Nepal, 1 Rupee. No date, issued 1974. Lists at $1 UNC in my 2001 catalog.

 

A friend of mine from Nepal says:

"

Yep it is from Nepal.

It has the picture of next to last king (last king's brother). I think it is 1 Rupee."
