Ive emailed countless experts, have done hours of research and to no avail have come up empty with information about this token

I know there are alot of more common types of these tokens but I have seen nothing like this 1939 Ny worlds Fair token with Lord and Taylor design.

Any information or price range would be amazing!

    THANKS

You really have tried to find out what this is... wow, I checked some sights and you have been there and done that.

I know it might be a very long shot.. .but if I were doing this as research for genealogy purposes I would try to see if there are still records available for that year at Lord and Taylor. There might be some old expenditure ledgers, maybe the minutes of meetings discussing having the tokens made, and what they did with them.
Sometimes companies will let local Genealogy Societies take charge of old records for preservation. In that case someone at whatever library it might be could possibly be of help.
Like I said it is a long shot, but maybe there is someone out there who had a relative working at that store and can provide more information. After all, not everyone got to go to the World's Fair in 1939... definitely not my destitute relatives.
