Help! I have this note, which looks almost identical to a China / Japanese M19. But the M19 is black ink and this one obviously isn't. This note also has some different characters on the reverse, to the right of center. I've searched through all of the China / Japanese / Puppet Bank images in my WPM catalog, to no avail. Has anyone run across this note before? Thanks!
