Hello, I found a coin and could use some help Identifying it and finding its origin. The coin is slightly smaller than a dime, year is 1889.The front says "Queen Victoria" and the back reads "five cents" also on the back [in the center] are four Oriental symbols. Thank You.

Hong Kong, KM#5, 1.3577g of .800 silver, ASW .0349oz. If it has an "H" mintmark it was produced at the Heaton Mint in England, along with 2.1-million others, and has a catalog value in the Standard Catalog of World Coins 2003 Ed. of $1 in Fine-$22 Uncirculated :) . Without the mintmark the values are the same even though the mintage was 5.169-million. A proof coin (no mintmark) catalogs at $300 :D , which is probably a little low.

In less than Fine grade it is worth only it's bullion value (currently ~20-21¢) :( .
