My father gave me these coins recently.

At first glance, granted it is genuine, the first specimen shown appears to be a Spink 3472 Crown, William III, 1696, Third bust, Straight Breastplate. It is the top part of the bust, hair, which seems to be the distinguishing diagnostic for the obverse. For the reverse, it appears to be the harp.

I'm a little trepidatious about that rim and edge though. Perhaps someone like Doug could confirm...?

What is the diameter in mm of this specimen?
    ____
The second appears to be Portuguese; Not a focal area for me.
