Need help identifing Arabic coin

    I found this coin in a lot of foreign coins I purchased. It's the only I could not determine the country of origin. Photos of the obverse and reverse can be viewed here:

    The coin is about 7/8 inch in diameter and appears to be of copper-nickel composition.
