If they are Philadelphia I'll buy 2 rolls from you. We don't see uncirculated rolls on the west coast, everything here is Denver. You may find customers on Ebay or WebStore too. But don't expect a big premium, just face value and shipping. Also, I would suggest you return the ones you don't want to a different location or the folks at the bank my not want to keep selling you boxes.
if you don't want them, just take them to a store, they should take them if they are all Fed wrapped and all new, Just make up a good story if they ask questions. Just like softmember said, don't take them back to your original bank
