As @TIF mentioned, with Heritage all you can do is use the make offer option and hope for the best. Heritage handles the resale process. You may or may not hear back after making an offer (and note that your offer will likely have to be a good amount above the $27,600 final price to get the coin...anything could happen, but I've seen plenty of decent offers on Heritage be rejected or ignored).
