Hey everyone! I've been holding onto this 20 dollar bill for a while now, and am finally inquiring as to its worth. The only thing odd about it is the top margin and how small it is; I read somewhere that someone had once sold a bill similar to this for a great sum of money. Any feedback would be extremely appreciated. Thank you!
You won't get much if anything over face. The shift isn't really dramatic enough to add value - if you can't see another note on the same piece, it likely isn't a valuable shift.
It's worth $20. These kind of $20's are common. Is the backside off or center? If the back is off such like the face, it's a cutting error. If the back is center, it's just a minor shift error, but not bad enough to bring premiums.
