Hello, (and please ignore the typo in the title)

I acquired this coin in a group of authentic AE coins, and have unsuccessfully proven its authenticity (I know very little about silver coins). My cheap scale (without decimal points) provides a weight of 4 grams and it has a diameter of 19mm. Attached are images of the edges as well. Someone told me the portrait looked off, but I still can't come to any conclusions. Any information is greatly appreciated. Hello and welcome. It looks fine; but now all I kind think about is the typo! :)
