What I want is if you can tell me if this coin is 1988 or 1989 based on the picture Not matter the coin condition
The stain makes it difficult to tell but looking at the picture I would say it's a 1988 design. If you really want to know, flip the coin over and look at the Obverse. That's where the date is. I know there are die varieties but you'll drive yourself insane trying to learn all of them. There are collectors of them also. In reality, you'll be hard pressed to find one worth real money.
