I have a us quarter from 1993 with the letter V and number 2 printed on the front right hand side. Just looking for any info about it.
It's basically just damage...someone just punched a 'V' and '2' into the coin. Could've been a promotional thing or something.
Sounds like someone stamped them in the coin like Jhonn said. Pics would help us better determine that though. Phoenix
