I have a friend who wants to start collecting ancient Greek coins. He wants to know what would be a good book for a start up collector. This is not a field that I have much expertise in so any recomendations would be greatly appreciated. catman
I think I would first refer your friend to this web site - Wildwinds Have him do some basic research there to help define which area he wants to concentrate on and go from there. He should then have no problem figuring out which books will fit his needs.
