I recently received a 1993 $1 bill in change. I'm trying to determine if it is a DC or just a regular 1993. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

On the front of the note, on the far right side are three sets of numbers and letters printed in black. The top and bottom number should be the same. The middle number, if it's printed in DC, will look something like "B 55". If it's printed in Fort Worth, it will look like "FW B 55".

There's a chance you have a web note, because they were printed in that year from the DC facility. If you had a web note, instead of a letter-number combination in the lower right, you would just have a number. And on the reverse there is a number to the right of "In God We Trust"

That would make it slightly more valuable.

Forgive me if I'm mistaken, but don't all Fort Worth printed notes have the imprint "FW" somewhere in the lower right of the face of the note?

Edit: It there is "FW" printed before the note position number and plate serial number, it is Fort Worth printed. If nothing there, It is DC printed.

The note position number and plate serial number are in different places on different denominations.
