Howdy All, A few weeks ago I found out that since one of my articles was printed in the CONECA mag. that I would be given the Literary Award! Then the other day I found this in the mail waiting on me!! The blacked out spot is my name....kindof cool to have a slab with your name in the middle!!! Speedy
Hey Frank! Well if CONECA prints an article of yours at the end of the year you get a nice "thank you" from them such as this! My article was about the inverted mintmarks of 1945-S. In the article, thanks to James Wiles, I was able to show a new variety that had never been published before!!! I hope to send CONECA some more articles this year!! Speedy
Speedy: will they accept articles about pieces that have been published, but you are the discoverer of the variety? I had discovered a piece, the 1909 S inverted mintmark, Barber Half dollar, published in Coin World a few years ago ( I was given credit for the discovery). Also, I do have a few other varieties, but some have been published, one in the BCCS newsletter (Barber Coin Collector's Society). Thanks for the info. Frank

It might! From what I've seen though most of the time its an RPM. I think mine was a 1960-D Cent that had one of the many RPM's from that date! I hope you get your packet soon! Speedy
