There are a couple issues going on with this cent. One is an extreme lapping or polishing of the obverse die removing the lapel and details of Lincolns jacket, And a neat little IDB at the bottom of the memorial. If there are any other issues caused at the mint please point them out. This one is going into the tube of odd IDB's.
If you look at the third pillar (left) at the top,you will see that there is either some IDT, or the result of a heavy tilted die clash. The parrapit wall or roof support isn't from a die polishing.
Darn near looks like a dropped letter D on the obverse at the bottom of Lincoln, near the rim. Maybe I'm giving in to my pareidolia. LOL
Wow that obverse die is pretty well worn out. The new low relief dies the mint started using in 1969 did make for some interesting abnormalities. I think the difference sizes of the numbers in the date is quite interesting.
