I'e never used a grading company yet but everyone here says the big 3 are PCGS, IGC, And NGC. Most others are regarded as low end or inconsistent. Hope that helps a little but I'll let some more experienced guys chime in.

I have heard of NTC... I haven't heard much though. You will typically hear about PCGS and NGC being the top two companies. And a lot of people will list a top three and include ANACS. So, the second coin you have pictured here is certified by NGC. Was there a question on the NGC coin or are you just posting it to see how they are thought of as well? In either case, there are a lot of threads on here regarding Third Party Graders (TPG's).

NTC is one of the third-world grading companies that has a habit of overgrading. Judging from the marks on the Kennedy, it should probably be PF67 or maybe on a good day, PF68.

NTC is not on par with NGC or PCGS, but at least they are a true THIRD party grader. Yes, they usually overgrade, but I have managed to get some real nice coins from them for not many dollars.
