Natural finish on this Morgan?

I have a few Morgans with an odd looking finish on them. I took a few pics of this '79, which don't exactly capture the look of the finish. Its a yellowish dull patina. Other than the unattractive finish, this particular coin is in nice shape. You can even see cartwheels if you look at the coin from certain angles. Could this be some sort of unnatural finish (acid, whizzed, etc)?

    Thanks

Likely dipped and not rinsed well enough. It's a shame, because it's a nicely clashed example.

It's not a whizzed coin. It appears to be a circulated example that developed natural toning and somebody dipped it hoping to pass it off as a higher grade.
