Anyone own a real one? Are there any real I.T. Tokens or not? I've been looking at these for years, I even bought a fantasy I.T. Token awhile back but I knew what I was doing and it was less than $10. I'm not sure where it's at as my keepings are beyond messy! That said, I thought some of them were real until I looked a couple up on the bottom link. Anyone live in Oklahoma? The Lee & Reynolds Camp Supply Token has been on ebay for quite awhile. I wonder if Lee & Reynolds was a real company at one time or if the name is a fantasy as well, anyone know? Please show pics if you own one, fantasy or genuine, inquiring minds want to see! https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fr...TitleDesc=0&_osacat=11116&_odkw=morgan+dollar https://www.ebay.com/itm/333253946153?hash=item4d977bab29:g:1SUAAOSw-I9dGlNC https://www.kenbarr.com/fantasy.html
I don't own a token, but I do own this note that was payable at Ft. Gibson in the Cherokee Nation. At the time this part of the country was controlled by the Confederate States. The Cherokee Nation did issue some currency from the 1840s and especially during the Civil War, but it is quite rare today.
Nice bill! I looked online and I found the bottom Token with the buffalo, as always the feebay seller is selling more than what it's worth! https://coins.ha.com/itm/u.s.-trade...ds-cheyenne-agency-trade-check/a/1100-28508.s
Tokencatalog.com, a crowdsourced exonumia database which is well regarded by token afficionados, lists 523 varieties for Indian Territory and another 277 for Oklahoma Territory. Some are labeled as fantasies but most are not.
