http://m.yahoo.com/w/legobpengine/n...tml?.b=index&.ts=1344724150&.intl=US&.lang=en AP never reported my purchase of the Island of Viinamarisaar 7 Euros coin with a partially re-form clip and a mintage of only 20. Slackers.
No, I paid $18 for it. But if I'm not "mis-remembering" that dime was orginally found in a dealers junk box.
I think you are confusing it with the 1870-S half dime. That was the "story" about how it was discovered. (How come I never find Mint State half dimes in dealer junk boxes? OK, it was an AU when it was found and got better later.)
Probably. I think we talked about the junk box one in CoinWorld. It is annoying that the one that just sold is being treated as "odd news" but when one of Warhol's micky mouse past boards sells for millions it's because he was artistic genius. Yeah right.
