Can banks order these for you or do you specifically have to order a box of quarters and take them out individually?
The banks can order quarters from the Fed, but they can't specifically order the ATB quarters. They will receive whatever happens to be on hand when the order is filled and they tend to fill orders with circulated coins first and then Unc coins using the oldest uncs on hand first (FIFO) if they don't have circs on hand. So you could get circs with no ATB quarters, some ATB quarters, or you might get lucky and receive a whole box of Unc ATB quarters, but no telling which one..
