National Bank of Kuwait (Medal/Coin)?

Posted a similar thread a while back on several forums including here at coin talk. Nobody was able to identify it precisely, except for a few saying it might be a medal to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the National Bank of Kuwait. Someone else said that it was common practice to give visitors to the bank a token/gift.

The coin/medal weighs 41 grams and is 5 cm by 4.5 cm. I have not found it on any coin site/auction site so far.

Anyone know exactly what it is, the material used and most importantly, its value.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    most likely a medal.

Coins are issued by countries, not banks

I would also suggest 30 years of success. The first picture reads The National Bank of Kuwait. The second reads verbatim 30 years of progress/advance.
