I was perusing upcoming auctions today, and saw a 1812 French 5 Franc (Napoleon) with an unusual stamp. I know this is the most common Napoleonic coin (lots and lots were minted) but I've never seen one with a stamp like this (owl and bar on the eye). The auction has a starting bid of $800 which seems ridiculous. Can anyone out there shed some light on this?

Well that makes more sense, since only 47 have been collected to date. Thank you.
