Mystery variety reveal

Thanks for all the looks and guesses. before you say anything look closely. Look north west of the primary mm completely separate. Up inside the knot on the wreath.

I see die polishing here. Is that a die gouge above the right side of the mint mark? A marker for this variety?

 

The D inside the ribbon is the die marker for this variety.
