40.3mm in diameter and weighs 31.4 grams. Reeded edge, silver and is hallmarked 900 with a conjoined HF. I can read the Arabic dates of 1374, 1375, 1974 and 1975 but that is it!

Is this King Hussein of Jordan and does anyone know what the legend is all about?

Anybody's help would be appreciated. Thanks and best regards, coinman2000

The size is about the same as an AH1400 Jordanian 10 Dinar, but .9250 silver was generally used there in that time frame, and Krause doesn't show any with double bust portraits. To me neither the gentleman in the foreground, nor his scarf, look like the late King Hussein.

Cannot read the text, but I think it is a commemorative medal rather than a coin. Could the two be King Faisal and Crown Prince Khaled of Saudi Arabia? Faisal was killed in 1975/1395 (see the dates on the side with the two men), and his brother Khaled became the new king ...
