Mystery coin

Hi all
I'm usually in the error coin chat.
Thought I would try this room for some help.
Does anyone recognize the edge of this coin. I've been looking for some time. The date is 18?? .
Not even sure if the country.

Looks like a kreuzer.

It's a 1860 A 4 kreutzer from Austria.
This will stay with me. It was found in a box of old coins in Niagara Falls , Canada .

 

The 1860 4 Kreuzer. Are you able to read the date? There's also an 1860B and 1860E.
