Mystery coin

My dad gave me a sack of coins, containing world currency as well as various old tokens for slot machines, arcades, and parking meters. One coin caught my eye and I have no idea what it is. Any input on what it may be would be appreciated.

Ahh thank you. I was thrown off by the lack of Arabic numerals. Now I just need to figure out what year mine is from.
