    Turkey (Ottoman Empire)
    Silver Para AH 1223 Regnal Year 25 (Around AD 1832)
    (AH 1223 = AD 1808)

    The weight would help with the denomination.
    10 Paras is 0.8 grams.

    I have 2 of this coin and they each weigh 14.2 grams. Also, they are not silver.
