Just started picking up a few things I found interesting, though they are not very valuable. I've been eyeing some nice Large Notes, too, but haven't yet purchased any. I bought this 1957 Silver Cert at the show last weekend just because I didn't have one and it was only $2. And it IS a Star Note...my only one so far. And I bought this Hawaii One because I'm a WWII buff and find the story of these notes very interesting (along with the North Africa notes). Again, not very good quality and it looks like someone started to do a Short Snorter chain, but there is only the one date and signature. Looks like Bob someone (but not Hope). It is actually somewhat crisp and has 3 sharp, square corners, even though it is heavily folded and stained. If these notes could talk... As always, any and all comments are welcome. Rob
For a start that is almost first class. I like the Hawaii note because it has a date when it was in circulation. The star is real nice also. You can't beat the price. Just buy a book on small size currency and collect more.
