My two cents.

Found these while going through wheats.

One looks like a off center. Pretty sure it is.

The other one has plenty of detail, but the last two digits are very weak, grease filled die?

The first one is definitely off center a bit, not too much to increase its value. The second one doesn't look too bad to me, sure the last 2 digits are a little faint but that could be do to just wear.

Also the last two digits on the off center cent on the top are flat as well.

The rim is worn on the first. Neither are "errors".

The first could be slightly off center. This degree is not rare, as you continue to look through coins you will find that these are common. A neat find, but no extra value.

I believe what you are seeing on the second coin is die wear. If it were a grease filled die, I think more details would be completely gone...but there might have been a little grease on the die too. Just like the coin before, an interesting detail but no extra value.

But, keep looking...you are noticing the finer details of coins and that's great!

I agree, neither are errors. I have many 1946S cents that are weakly struck similar to yours (excepting the heavy wear of "TRUST").

The 1946D cent has a decent strike as evidenced by generally good detail overall (for a circulated coin - especially the hair and separation of cheek and jaw). From the picture, the planchet may not have been quite right on the date side. If the planchet was even a bit thin on that side, it would explain the weakness of the "46."
