1935 was a busy Series for the BEP. Just because the two 1928 experimental paper issues produced no definitive results did that mean they gave up? Heck, no! The A-B block used paper with a special finish. The B-B block used special paper. The C-B block used regular paper as a control. All were released together for circulation in 1937. Once again the differences will not be obvious. It's only the serial numbers that let the collector know the difference. 1935 A-B block experimental paper 1935 B-B block experimental paper 1935 C-B block regular paper But the 1935-A Series arrived in 1938 with significant and obvious differences. (I'll need time to get them all prepared.)
