1935 was a busy Series for the BEP.
Just because the two 1928 experimental paper issues produced no definitive results did that mean they gave up?
    Heck, no!
The A-B block used paper with a special finish.
The B-B block used special paper.
The C-B block used regular paper as a control.
All were released together for circulation in 1937.
Once again the differences will not be obvious.
It's only the serial numbers that let the collector know the difference.

But the 1935-A Series arrived in 1938 with significant and obvious differences.
(I'll need time to get them all prepared.)
