Every year since my niece was born in 2008 my wife and I have bought her a 1oz. silver coin for Christmas. Despite being three years old she actually is really interested in coins...and not just the "pretty" proof coins that we buy her. She will carefully pull and examine plastic 2x2's of coins from sleeves and put them back neatly.

    Here's a picture of her with her 2011 silver proof eagle! IMG_5804 - Copy.jpg

Cute. My kids are raccoons and are not allowed to touch my coins (and one day their coins) yet. ;)

Want to adopt me? I'll take a ASE as a yearly gift. I can grow my hair out and make it curly too! :D

Oh man that's cute. Her look is priceless. That's what I look like when someone gives me a coin for a present. Or what I would like since that has never happened. Also, this 3 year old now has a bigger ASE collection then me.

An ASE every year? When she gets older she is going to have a hoard of ASEs.
Its good to start them off young.

Okay, when you get the adoption papers, I am a 16 year old male, hard working and love silver :D I can do any odd job thrown at me. Fencing, roofing, painting, falling trees, you name it. I'll do it for silver ;)

Your daughter will be one of us "Silver Stackers" soon.
